Homebuyers tax credit

Hey Everyone!

Some exciting news about homebuying. The government is going to extend the homebuyer tax credit for all you first time home buyers. So what's that mean? Glad you asked! It means you'll have to have a property in escrow by April 30, 2010. Your escrow must close no later than June 30, 2010, after that it goes away.

So what's that mean? It means it 's time to get serious about buying. That means we need to get you off the fence about buying. Let's get you pre-approved and moving today. You can do it. I know you can. We can find a house.

Why is it important to start looking now? Another good question... you guys are on a roll!
Here's the deal: It will take about 3 weeks to find you a home. After that, we have to get your offer written and accepted. If we are looking at short sales then that could take anywhere from 60-90 days to close. That's because banks are so overwhelmed with all the files they are trying to close. LET'S START THE PROCESS TODAY.

Also, for you that own. Here's great news: YOU GET A TAX CREDIT TOO! That's right the government is offering you a tax credit of $6500.00. How exciting is that. Same rules apply. You must be in escrow by 4/30/2010 and you must close escrow by 6/30/2010.

LET'S GET MOVING TODAY. THE CLOCK IS TICKING.
